Applicactions and services
The third work package contains the activities of the here reported outputs. It describes the collaboration of the pilot activities around the themes web based services and applications as there are for example e-government, ICT-usage or e-learning. Further there are themes like application sharing between public authorities within a region, establishing of local services and the further development of e-businesses.
